The City of Detroit is seeking qualified vendors for the removal, transport, and disposal of fill material per planned residential properties. The work includes excavation, backfill, grade, and site finalization. The City reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor, all groups to one vendor, or any combination of groups to a particular vendor. • The RFQ is for the removal and disposal of fill material from residential properties. • The work includes excavation, backfill, grade, and site finalization. • The City of Detroit will evaluate all properties listed under this RFQ individually. • The successful vendor must complete all work within 120 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed. • The vendor must provide a detailed explanation of item costs which appear significantly higher or lower than the market average.
