Janitorial Services- Hawthorne DO

The State of Nevada, Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Welfare and Supportive Services, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for janitorial services at the Hawthorne District Office. The selected vendor will be expected to provide services for a four-year period, beginning upon Board of Examiners’ approval. The scope of work includes janitorial and custodial services for the 1,723 square foot office. Vendors must be appropriately licensed by the State of Nevada and provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance. • Janitorial services for the Hawthorne District Office • Four-year contract period • Must be licensed by the State of Nevada • Must provide a copy of Certificate of Insurance • Must address the total cost for services per State Fiscal Year • Must provide vendor’s experience in janitorial services
