Description
The South Coast Transit Management, Inc. (SCTM) is seeking a contractor to provide run-cutting services for a three-year period. The contractor will be responsible for incorporating the SRTA bus schedule into runs, compiling bid documentation, and supplying run data in a compatible file format. The contractor will work under the direction of the Assistant General Manager of Operations of SCTM.
• The contractor must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funding rules and regulations.
• The contractor must provide run-cutting services for two garages, located in New Bedford and Fall River.
• The contractor must compile bid documentation, including all runs for weekdays, Saturday, and Sunday, and pay information following SCTM work rules.
• The contractor must supply run data in a compatible file format (e.g., .XML) to expedite transfer of data to SCTM's vendor program Sched21.
