Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $12,000,000

The bid does not disclose a contract value. Similar condenser retubing projects for 75 MW units typically range from $5 million to $12 million, depending on labor rates, material costs (SS304L tubing), scaffolding, and testing requirements. Given the extensive scope—removal of >8,000 tubes, epoxy coating, extensive welding, and a tight outage schedule—a reasonable estimate is $5‑12 million. Factors influencing the final amount include the price of stainless‑steel tubing, overtime labor to meet the Spring 2027 start, and optional scaffolding services.
