FY26 Construction at Fort Dupont

The District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment is soliciting contractors for a FY26 construction program at Fort Dupont. The scope includes installation of precast concrete catch basins (standard and special), design‑build services, general construction activities such as backfill, digging, ditching, road grading, rock stabilization, sewer and storm‑drain construction, land development and planning/engineering, and environmental and ecological services.
