The Hastings‑On‑Hudson Union Free School District is seeking a qualified Special Inspection Agency to provide multi‑discipline construction testing and inspection services for four school‑related capital projects, covering soil, concrete, steel, masonry, fire‑proofing, asphalt, and related specialty inspections. The work must be supervised by a NY‑State licensed Professional Engineer and the agency must be approved by NYS‑DSD‑CEA. Submissions are due July 2, 2026, with on‑site inspector availability required within 24 hours of request and strict cancellation notice procedures. The contract will include unit‑price pricing, extensive insurance requirements, and a base term with the option to renew up to three additional one‑year terms.
