Description
The Agency for Persons with Disabilities is seeking to renew its subscription to the electronic document management system, Axiom Pro. The scope of work includes conversion and upload services for voucher paper processing and the Axiom Pro SaaS solution to support the storage and retrieval of the digitized APD documents and data. There are three Axiom Pro Saas subscription catalogs. Axiom Pro is an existing system utilized by the Division of Budget and Planning and the Office of Human Resources. The intended single source is Image API LLC, Axiom Pro Subscription (Docufree Corporation).
• The subscription period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
• The estimated dollar amount is $85,000.00.
• The justification for single source acquisition is that Docufree Corporation is the only provider locally that can pick up documentation for scanning into the electronic document management system.
