Vendors must provide net unit pricing inclusive of freight, indicate percentage discounts off manufacturers’ list prices, and meet delivery within four business days with no shipping charge. The College requires warranties on frames and lenses, adherence to New Jersey prevailing‑wage and affirmative‑action statutes (where installation applies), and full certification documentation.
