Description
The City of Indianapolis is seeking a qualified professional‑service consultant (and any required subcontractors) to manage, expand, and execute the three‑year Knozone regional air‑quality public‑education and pollution‑mitigation program. The role covers project management, media production and buying, market research, stakeholder engagement, policy design, and public event coordination across Indianapolis and eight surrounding counties. The consultant must demonstrate experience in large‑scale public‑health outreach, media campaigns, and partnership development, and must meet XBE (MBE/WBE/VBE/DOBE) and Good Wages Initiative requirements.
