local vendor to host the 2026 NASA TFAWS

The NASA Thermal and Fluids Analysis Workshop (TFAWS) is an annual training and professional development event that promotes knowledge sharing, skill building, and networking across NASA and the broader aerospace thermal and fluids engineering community. The contractor will be responsible for hosting the 2026 TFAWS, which is expected to have up to 400 attendees. The scope of work includes providing meeting rooms, media equipment, a registration area, and a block of hotel rooms. The event will take place from August 30th to September 4th, 2026. • Multiple meeting rooms with specific seating configurations • Media equipment, including microphones and projectors • Registration area with 20 tables • Block of hotel rooms at a rate equal to or less than the government per diem rate • Parking for all attendees
