The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation’s Health Care Authority is seeking a qualified vendor to serve as its primary recruitment partner for a broad spectrum of healthcare positions across multiple tribal facilities. The contractor will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates, maintaining active pipelines, delivering monthly and quarterly reports, and providing comprehensive training to CTHCA’s HR staff so that the agency can independently manage recruitment after the two‑year contract concludes.
