The Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive Parks and Recreation Assessment. The selected firm will develop a detailed cost-recovery plan and strategic financial analysis to support long-term operational and financial sustainability. The assessment will include evaluating current financial sustainability, providing budgetary forecasts, analyzing staffing needs, evaluating programming quality, and supporting capital improvement funding strategies. • The assessment will cover parks, recreation centers, trails, aquatics, sports fields, and other facilities. • The firm will provide recommendations for updating the tiered pricing strategy, increasing efficiency, and prioritizing reinvesting in high-use facilities. • The firm will also develop a 5-year staffing plan to address identified gaps in maintenance and program delivery. • The District is looking for a firm with experience in providing similar services, a strong understanding of the project issues, and a well-structured approach to the project.
