Gwinnett County’s Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, assemble, and install a range of recreational game equipment for two county parks. The contract covers brand‑name pool tables (7‑ft and 8‑ft), associated accessory kits and storage racks, an air‑hockey table, shuffleboard tables, and competition‑grade table‑tennis tables. The vendor must meet strict insurance requirements, provide three recent references, and submit a complete quote package by the stated deadline.
• Provide 2 × 7‑ft pool tables, 2 × 8‑ft pool tables, accessory kits, cue racks, 2 × air‑hockey tables, 2 × shuffleboard tables, and 18 × table‑tennis tables.
• Deliver to Dacula Park (approx. Oct 2026) and Lenora Park (as soon as possible after PO) and perform on‑site assembly and installation.
• Must furnish required insurance (CGL $2 M, auto $1 M, workers’ comp, umbrella/excess) with A‑M Best rating ≥ A‑7, complete non‑collusion certification, contractor affidavit, and references.
