Description
The Cambridge Housing Authority is seeking moving services for approximately 600-700 moves over a three-year contract period. The successful contractor will be required to provide moving of resident(s) furniture and personal belongings. The contract will be awarded to up to four responsible and responsive vendors who offer the best unit prices.
• The maximum upset value of any contract will be $750,000.
• Residents may be moved to other dwelling units within the same housing development, another Housing Authority development, or a privately owned property.
• The successful contractor will be required to provide unit prices for offsite storage, packing services, and packing materials.
