Description
Washtenaw Community College is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and install three mini‑split air‑conditioning systems for two data rooms and one data closet on its Ann Arbor campus. The exact capacity of each unit will be determined during a mandatory on‑site visit, after which vendors must submit a full‑service price proposal covering equipment, labor, travel, insurance, warranties, documentation, and training. The contract will initially run for twelve months with up‑to‑three optional twelve‑month renewals.
• Supply and install three mini‑split HVAC units (sizes to be confirmed on‑site).
• Provide complete documentation, warranties, and operator training.
• Submit a single signed PDF proposal by April 21, 2026, including insurance certificates and 2‑3 references (at least one from education).
