The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis and award a contract to A2M Solutions LLC for the AFS Light Vehicle & Powertrain & Electrification Production Outlook subscription and associated services. The service must provide comprehensive North American light vehicle production data, including current and projected future production, with detailed query-driven datasets in downloadable formats. The subscription must include regularly updated data, analytical reporting, and direct access to subject matter experts. The service will support ITA analysts in conducting trade policy analysis, industry competitiveness assessments, and economic evaluations of the U.S. automotive sector. • The contract will have a base 12-month period and 3-12 month option periods. • The service must deliver detailed, query-driven datasets in downloadable formats such as CSV or Excel. • The subscription must include regularly updated data, with monthly full dataset updates and more frequent updates for changes to production forecasts and manufacturing plans. • The service will support ITA analysts in conducting trade policy analysis, industry competitiveness assessments, and economic evaluations of the U.S. automotive sector.
