Description
Hays County is seeking proposals to develop a pool of qualified consultants to provide comprehensive Public Engagement Facilitation services in support of current and future budgeted projects. The selected consultant will design and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, community members, and the public. The scope of work includes collaborating with local organizations, managing engagement processes, designing workshops and focus groups, and developing engagement plans. The consultant will also be responsible for producing visual materials, engaging diverse communities, and coordinating event logistics.
