RFQ for Professional Engineering Services for TMWRF Dewatering Building Construction Management - USD 2026-06

The City of Reno is seeking a qualified professional engineering consulting firm to serve as the construction‑management engineer for the new dewatering building at the Truckee Meadows Water Reclamation Facility. The consultant must be a Nevada‑licensed PE, possess extensive experience with wastewater‑treatment plant construction and complex dewatering equipment, and be able to manage a $60 million, multi‑year project that includes federal funding compliance, CMAR coordination, and full commissioning. The scope covers design‑review, construction administration, QA/QC, schedule and cost control, DBE and prevailing‑wage compliance, and final close‑out. • Provides full‑service construction‑management engineering for a $60 M wastewater dewatering facility. • Requires Nevada PE licensure, proven experience with dewatering equipment (centrifuges, belt filter presses, etc.), and ability to meet SRF, BABA, AIS, and Davis‑Bacon requirements. • Includes deliverables such as a detailed construction‑management plan, commissioning plan, QA/QC procedures, and ongoing reporting to meet federal and state funding conditions.
