Description
The Ohio Facilities Construction Commission is seeking a registered design professional for the replacement of multiple existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Rooftop Units (RTUs) on the Bricker Building. The scope includes the removal of the old equipment and the installation of the new RTUs. The project requires coordination with many events taking place at the Expo Center. The selected Architect/Engineer (A/E) will work closely with the owner to prepare the Program of Requirements.
