Repair and Replacement of Meter Vaults

The City of Phoenix is seeking bids for the repair and replacement of meter vaults. The contract will be for a period of five years, commencing on or about April 23, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to retrofit, repair, or replace large underground water meter vaults as required. The contractor must have been in operation for a minimum of five years and have experience in providing similar services. The city reserves the right to change dates, times, and locations as necessary. Some key aspects of the job include: • Repairing and replacing meter vaults • Collaborating with the city to maintain and update the prioritized list of vaults • Providing post-service schematics and photographs • Notifying the city of any conflicts, errors, ambiguities, or discrepancies in the solicitation • Complying with all relevant city codes and regulations • Providing proof of insurance and licenses as required • Submitting bids electronically through the city's procurement portal
