Marshall Public Schools is seeking a vendor to provide network electronics, batteries, and fiber for one of its buildings. The scope of work includes providing configuration and system quantities, testing and verifying performance, and furnishing all labor, supervision, tooling, and miscellaneous mounting hardware and consumables. The vendor must also provide a written guarantee/warranty covering the installed network electronics against defects in workmanship, components, and performance, and follow-on support after project completion for a period of three years. Some key points to consider include: • The project is conditional upon receiving universal service discounts under the FY2026 universal service support mechanism, E-Rate. • The vendor must provide a detailed bill of materials, including specific manufacturer, manufacturer part number, unit cost, and quantity. • The vendor must also provide a project implementation schedule that adheres to the timeline requirements stated in the RFP. • The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to award separate contracts for different portions of the project.
