The North Carolina Department of Public Safety - North Carolina National Guard is seeking bids for the Constable Laboratory Building Renovation - Phase 1 Selective Demolition project. The project involves selective building demolition, including hazardous material removal, wall and ceiling assemblies, finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems. The building will remain unoccupied until Phase 2 (Renovation) beneficial occupancy or final completion. • The project requires a single prime contractor with a proper license as required under the state laws governing their respective trades. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on December 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the Cafeteria at Joint Force Headquarter (JFHQ), North Carolina National Guard. • Bids will be received until January 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM, and will be publicly opened and read aloud. • The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
