The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District is seeking a design‑build contractor to design and construct access manholes on the Fairfax‑Jersey Creek Levee Unit in Kansas City, Kansas. The work must provide minimally invasive (trenchless) excavation to preserve levee integrity, install manholes with a minimum 42‑inch inside diameter, and enable CCTV inspection of the existing seepage collection system. The contractor is responsible for all design, field verification, utility locating, permitting, temporary flood protection, construction, and as‑built documentation. The contract ceiling is $3.4 M, with an estimated price range of $1 M–$5 M.
