Description
The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) is seeking information from potential contractors on their ability to provide Remote Automated Laboratory Systems (RALS) for Hemochron Signature Elites. The contractor shall provide all software licenses, interfaces, services, training, and support necessary to connect the Hemochron Signature Elites analyzers to the existing RALS system and ensure compliant data management. The scope of work includes providing RALS Web3 device software module, connectivity and meter/analyzer connections, results interface, and system support and maintenance. The contractor shall also provide training, operation and maintenance manuals, and ensure compliance with VA directives and regulations.
• Provide RALS Web3 device software module for the Werfen Hemochron Signature Elites
• Provide connectivity and meter/analyzer connections for Hemochron Signature Elites analyzers
• Provide Results Interface – RALS–LIS HL7 interface compatible with VistA/CPRS
• Provide ADT interface for in-hospital patient verification
• Provide RALS Silver Support Tier for the RALS data management system
• Provide RALS-Web3 browser-based remote access
• Provide service, support, updates, and hardware maintenance for the technology license during the contract period
• Provide free upgrades as they become commercially available
