Description
The City of Casa Grande is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to remove, repair, and replace the cool decking and gutters on the pool deck and install the pool gutter grates at the Palm Island Family Aquatic Park. The scope of work includes providing all labor, services, materials, tools, chemicals, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete the project. The contractor will be responsible for removing the existing cool deck coating and texture, repairing the cracked concrete deck, replacing the ceramic tiles and signs, and installing the Daldorado gutter grates.
• The project requires the contractor to have experience in pool deck renovations and repair.
• The contractor must provide a detailed project timeline and propose pricing for each project outlined in the scope of work.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on October 14, 2025, at 1:30 p.m.
• The contractor must submit a proposal that meets the evaluation criteria, including experience, qualifications, and pricing.
• The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the solicitation process.
