Regional Justice Center Central Plant: Chilled Water Pump, Chiller Valve & Condenser Water Strainer Replacement

The Clark County Invitation for Bid is for the replacement of the Regional Justice Center central plant's chilled water pump, chiller valve, and condenser water strainer. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of three chiller isolation valves, three primary chiller pumps, and three secondary chiller pumps, as well as demolition and replacement of hydronic piping, insulation, pressure gauges, and condenser water t-strainer baskets. The existing overhead roll-up door will be removed and replaced with a larger unit, and electrical conduit, light fixtures, and mechanical ductwork will be relocated or replaced as necessary. The project requires a pre-bid meeting and site walk, which will be held on October 15, 2025.
