Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotations for municipal solid waste and recycling services for four VAMCs and 17 CBOCs in West Virginia. The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to clarify the evaluation methodology with respect to the tiered evaluation and to confirm that the RFQ responses due date remains 2/9/2026 at 10:00AMET. The contractor will be required to provide solid waste disposal and recycling services.
• The contractor must be an eligible certified SDVOSB listed in the SBA certification database.
• The contracting officer shall make award at the tier if only one acceptable offer is received from an eligible SDVOSB.
• The contractor must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended.
