Notice of Intent to Sole Source Stratasys 3D Printer

The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, intends to award a sole-source contract to Stratasys, Inc. for the maintenance and support services of a Stratasys 3D Printer, Model Fortus 450mc. The contract will be for Stratasys Emerald Care 450 services, which are only available directly through Stratasys, Inc. due to their intellectual property rights. • The service requirement is for maintenance and support of a specific 3D printer model. • The contract will be awarded under the guidelines of FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12. • Interested parties can submit a statement of capabilities, which will be considered for future competitive procurements. • The Government is not soliciting competitive quotes at this time.
