St. Lucie County Airport Water Main Extension

The St. Lucie County Airport Water Main Extension project involves installing approximately 3,150 linear feet of 8” DR‑18 C900 PVC / 8” Ductile Iron Class 350 pipe along designated routes to provide fire protection and water service to the southwestern portion of the Treasure Coast International Airport. The scope includes utility exploration, permitting coordination, trenching, dewatering, restrainers, soil compaction, testing, traffic control, and compliance with FDEP and county regulations. All construction and materials must meet the latest St. Lucie County standards. • Install ~3,150 ft of 8” water main and additional extensions (~1,800 ft) to connect key airport points. • Perform extensive site work: trenching, dewatering, soil compaction, traffic management, and testing per regulatory requirements. • Provide full documentation and as‑built plans; mandatory pre‑bid conference on Sep 9, 2026.
