Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division is seeking a contractor to provide repair and calibration services for Rohde & Schwarz digital oscilloscopes. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc. and provide a letter of authorization. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis, and the contractor must deliver the repaired and calibrated equipment within 6 weeks of the contract award date. The equipment must be brand new, and the contractor must provide a 12-month warranty and a calibration certificate.
• The contract requires the repair and calibration of four digital oscilloscopes with the following specifications: 4 channels, 500 MHz bandwidth, sampling rate 5 GSa/s per channel, memory depth 50 MSa per channel, and up to 16 bit vertical resolution.
• The contractor must provide a quote that includes the price for the repair and calibration services, as well as any additional costs for shipping and handling.
• The contractor must also provide a certification that they are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to tax liability and felony convictions.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best quote received, and the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer.
