Description
The County of Lee is seeking a private law firm to provide limited legal support for the Community Development Block Grant – Neighborhood Revitalization program. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing preliminary title opinions and providing general legal consultation as needed. The firm must be licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
• The firm will prepare preliminary title opinions for approximately seven residential structures scheduled for rehabilitation or reconstruction.
• The firm will provide loan closings and minimal general legal advice related to the program.
• The firm must submit two complete bid packages, which may be submitted in a single sealed envelope.
• The firm must be licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
