Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking to continue a sole‑source contract with Mitratech for the Law Manager software suite, which supports legal case management for more than 300 Coast Guard legal personnel. The award will be a fixed‑price contract covering a one‑year base period with four optional one‑year extensions, providing ongoing software licensing, maintenance, technical support, upgrades, and optional custom development. The contractor must have direct access to the proprietary source code and be authorized by Mitratech to modify and support the system.
• Provide 24/7 (business‑hours) technical support, maintenance, and security patches.
• Perform system configuration changes, custom enhancements, and data migrations as required.
• Deliver and install software upgrades and optional ad‑hoc reporting tool.
• Conduct Conformance Acceptance Testing (CAT) with mock data.
• Optionally supply up to 1,000 hours of custom support per year.
• Contract value estimated at $828,845 with a potential total duration of up to five years.
