Description
Palm Beach County is seeking proposals for paratransit services, including door-to-door transportation for individuals with disabilities and elderly individuals. The services will be provided through two packages: Operations and Call Center. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing dedicated paratransit services, managing a fleet of county-owned vehicles, and delivering a paratransit scheduling software solution. The contract term is five years with two one-year extensions.

• The Call Center package includes providing reservations, scheduling, and dispatch functions.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
• The contractor will be required to provide a drug-free workplace program and comply with federal tax liability and recent felony convictions disclosure requirements.
