Kiteboarding Instruction Provider

The City of Long Beach is seeking a qualified commercial operator to provide certified kiteboarding instruction. The selected provider will be responsible for teaching kiteboarding classes to the public. The contract is expected to begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. The city requires the provider to have experience in teaching kiteboarding and to have a business plan in place. The provider will be required to submit a narrative proposal, fee schedule, and other documents as part of the bidding process.
