The instrument requires regular maintenance and parts for consistent operation, and Biolytic is the only contractor identified with trained service engineers for the Biolytic Dr Oligo-48 Synthesizer. • The service agreement contract provides one preventive maintenance visit • The vendor provides 24-48 hour response time to service calls • Service engineers have Dr Oligo48 instrument repair training • Minimum of 10-15 years field service experience on instruments • Use Genuine OEM parts
