Purchase of Baled Recycling

The County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to contract for the Purchase of Baled Recycling. The project includes services for the removal and disposal of recyclable materials from Newland Park landfill. The materials will be loaded by landfill employees onto the vendor's choice of transportation. The inventory of materials on hand includes OCC, Baled PET, and Baled Mixed Plastics #1-7. The contract period will be three months, commencing April 1, 2026, and ending June 29, 2026. The pricing will be good for the term of the contract period and will be listed per short ton. • The County reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Documents. • The Vendor must comply with the laws regarding conducting business in the State of Maryland. • The Vendor must be licensed to perform work in the state of Maryland. • The contract will be executed by the Successful Vendor within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the Contract.
