Tire and Tire Related Services

The Zone 7 Water Agency is seeking a qualified and reliable contractor to provide tire and tire-related services for its fleet of vehicles. The services include the provision of new and unused tires, tire repairs, rotations, alignments, and other related services. The contractor must be located within the Zone 7 Water Agency service area, which includes Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton, and San Ramon. The contract will be for a period of one year, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The agency will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The contractor must provide a wide array of tire types and related services to ensure that all vehicles in the Zone 7 Water Agency fleet are adequately serviced. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, standards, regulations, licenses, and permits. • The contractor must possess all necessary permits, licenses, and professional credentials to supply products and perform services as specified under this RFQ. • The contractor must have experience and expertise in the tire industry, providing comprehensive tire solutions that meet the specific needs of a municipal water agency.
