Noyo Maintenance Dredging and Jetty Repair Project

The Noyo Maintenance Dredging and Jetty Repair Project involves maintenance dredging of the Noyo Harbor Channel and repair of the Noyo Harbor North Jetty. The project requires the removal of existing stone from the channel-side slope, repair of structural voids beneath the main concrete structure, placement of new high-density stone to rebuild the jetty, and repair of the concrete walkway using repurposed stone. The dredged material will be taken for disposal at a nearshore site located approximately 6 miles north of the Noyo Harbor Channel. The key requirements for this project include: • The capability to perform the maintenance dredging and jetty repair using appropriately sized equipment • The capability to complete all work within the contract period of performance • Recent knowledge and experience in performing similar work • The capability to execute the overall contract work within the environmental work window from 1 July 2027 to 15 October 2027 • The capability to perform a contract of this magnitude and complexity based on the scope of work
