J--Updated - Amendment 2 - ABQ CRP & EPZ HVAC Repairs

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking quotes for HVAC repairs at three sites: ABQ, CRP, and EPZ. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove and replace or repair the HVAC systems at each site. The period of performance is 90 days from the date of award. • The contractor must provide a detailed technical approach, including proposed equipment and compatibility with existing equipment, estimated schedule, and qualified HVAC technicians. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price quotation inclusive of all labor, materials, equipment, travel, supervision, disposal, permits, testing, training, and incidental costs necessary to complete the requirements. • The contractor is encouraged to partner with the National Industries for the Blind and SourceAmerica Central Nonprofit Agencies under the AbilityOne Program. • Site visits are encouraged, and vendors are expected to independently assess existing site conditions, equipment configuration, and any deficiencies or conditions that may impact repair, replacement, and installation of HVAC equipment.
