The Indian Affairs (IA) is conducting market research to identify Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of supporting potential procurement needs across several specialized industries. This market research will help IA determine whether future acquisitions can be procured under the Buy Indian Act. The IA is specifically seeking firms operating in industries less commonly represented in Buy Indian procurements, including Educational Support Services, Trust, Fiduciary, and Custody Activities, Engineering Services, Food Service Contractors, and All Other Miscellaneous Food Manufacturing.
* The IA aims to maximize contracting opportunities for ISBEEs and IEEs, foster competition among these firms, and promote economic development within Indian Country.
* Vendors are invited to submit Capability Statements, including company name, SAM.gov UEI, and confirmation of IEE/ISBEE status, relevant NAICS codes and core competencies, demonstrated experience in the industries listed above, geographic service coverage, and points of contact.
* Vendors capable of supporting operations in remote or geographically challenging locations are strongly encouraged to highlight this capability.
