Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for a software subscription for Tanium. The subscription includes Tanium Core Plus Tanium Cloud, Tanium Endpoint Management Plus Tanium Cloud, professional services for Tanium customer training bundle, and remote screen share. The bid must include a copy of a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments, and Appendix A – Purchasing Required Forms. The bid must be submitted online via the County's Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal by 12:00 PM on June 30, 2026.
• The bid must include a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that the bidder is authorized to offer the products and/or perform the services.
• The bid must include a copy of the signed bid package.
• The bid must be submitted electronically via the VSS portal.
• The County reserves the right to select the bidder that is most responsive and responsible in the best interest of the County.
• The County reserves the right to negotiate price, terms, and conditions with the selected bidder.
• The bid must include all applicable sales tax for media delivery only.
• The County is requesting electronic delivery of all software and updates.
