Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified Bidders to perform asneeded general and medium voltage/switchgear electrical services on its campus. Thecampus is comprised of hospital, research, administrative office facilities, parking ramp, powerplant, and medium voltage utility substation. Services may include the installation, modification,measurement, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance on the whole, or parts, of the followingcampus and building systems: campus substation, building substations, medium and low voltagepower distribution, fire alarm, nurse call, overhead paging, data communication, generatorelectrical systems, electric manholes and underground conduit and cabling systems, and automatictransfer switches.A virtual pre-bid meeting (via Microsoft Teams) is scheduled for Wednesday July 22,2026 at 11:00 a.m. EST.
