Description
The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified contractor to serve as the sole on‑call provider for tree‑related services, including emergency and non‑emergency tree removal, stump grinding, and pruning. Work will be performed under a three‑year master agreement with the option to extend up to two additional years. The contractor must respond to task orders, price each job before commencing work, and invoice upon satisfactory completion. The scope emphasizes safety, utility protection, and property preservation, with strict response times for emergencies (within 24 hours) and defined start/completion windows for non‑emergency work.
• Perform tree removals, stump grinding to 24 in depth, and arborist‑directed pruning per ANSI A300/ISA standards.
