The United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide comprehensive off‑site laundry services for approximately 800 midshipmen. The contractor will pick up laundry bags six days a week from three campus locations, transport them to an off‑site commercial facility, oversee processing, and return cleaned items within 48 hours.
