Statewide Service Award Pins

The State of Ohio is seeking a contractor to provide Service Award Pins to be given to State of Ohio employees in recognition of their years of government service. The pins must be die cast, sterling silver, lapel type pins depicting the Great Seal of the State of Ohio and other details, with attached nail and clutch back, packaged in individual boxes. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. • The pins will be in two styles, silver and gold, with the base of the pins being sterling silver. • The gold pins will be gold-plated over the sterling silver. • The pins must be manufactured from a three-dimensional casting die, with stamped pins not being acceptable. • The contractor must submit pre-production samples of the pin designs within four weeks of the award of the contract. • The contract price will remain firm for the first 12 months of the contract, with the possibility of price adjustments thereafter. • The contractor must maintain a valid Ohio MBE certification throughout the term of the contract.
