Description
Ivy Preparatory Academy is seeking proposals from qualified transportation providers to furnish daily transportation services for scholars during the 2026-2027 school year. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services, including daily home-to-school and school-to-home transportation, field trips, and athletic events. The vendor must demonstrate experience providing transportation services for educational institutions and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• The vendor must provide a minimum of three buses with daily pickup and drop-off service, with the possibility of two buses assigned to one transportation hub.
• The vendor must provide transportation rates for planned field trips and scheduled athletic events throughout the Metropolitan Atlanta area.
• The vendor must maintain a fleet of vehicles that meet or exceed state and federal safety standards.
• The vendor must provide proof of insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and umbrella/excess liability insurance.
• The vendor must conduct employee background screenings and maintain driver qualifications and medical certifications.
