Budget estimate

$100,000 – $1,000,000

The budget for this contract is difficult to estimate without knowing the exact scope of work and the number of debris removal projects that will be required. However, based on the hourly labor and equipment rates provided in the RFP, it is possible to estimate the potential budget for a single project. For example, the hourly rate for a wheel loader with a 3 CY capacity is $140. Assuming an 8-hour workday, the daily cost for this equipment would be $1,120. If we assume a 30-day project, the total cost for this equipment would be $33,600. Similarly, the hourly rate for a crew of 4 laborers with small tools is $1,400. Assuming an 8-hour workday, the daily cost for this crew would be $11,200. If we assume a 30-day project, the total cost for this crew would be $336,000. Based on these estimates, the total budget for a single project could range from $100,000 to $1 million or more, depending on the scope of work and the number of projects required.
