Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract to EMD Millipore Corp. for the inspection and maintenance of Millipore reverse osmosis equipment. The contract will be for one base year, from 01/10/2026 to 01/09/2027. The contractor will be required to conduct an annual maintenance visit, provide comprehensive checkups of the system, replace worn parts, and update software and firmware as needed. The contractor will also provide unlimited troubleshooting and repair visits during normal business hours.
* The contract is for the maintenance of clinical laboratory reagent water systems at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System.
* The contractor must provide clear and unambiguous evidence of their capability to provide the required services.
* The government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract.
* Interested parties must respond by 12/27/2025 at 8:00 AM CST with a capabilities statement.
