Description
The Harris County Department of Education is seeking a vendor to provide roofing, waterproofing, and masonry services. The contract will have a one-year base term with the option to renew for up to three additional years. The vendor will be required to provide a coefficient proposal for any unit price books they intend to utilize under the contract. The contract will be available for use by HCDE and its members.
• The vendor must provide pricing for the maintenance component of the contract, including time and materials pricing and hourly not-to-exceed rates for labor.
• The vendor must provide coefficients for any unit price books they intend to utilize under the contract.
• The vendor must provide a description of their service procedure and proposed timeframe for delivery.
• The vendor must provide information on their shipping schedule and average percentage of on-time delivery.
