Description
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to procure a Contractor to perform Litter/Trash Pickup and Removal Services in Philadelphia County. This bid solicitation has been reserved for Small Business Contracting. The contractor will be responsible for providing the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months with 4 - 1 year renewal options.
• The contractor must be certified as a DGS Small Business through the Small Business Contracting Program.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding as required by the solicitation.
